Availability of our products and product specification are subject to change without notice. If a product is not in stock when you place your order, we will do our best to advise you when the product will be available.

Payment
In the case of online credit card transactions, we will debit your credit card when you authorize payment for your order. In the case of payment by cheque or electronic funds transfer, once funds have cleared to our account, we will process the order. Unless otherwise noted, the price you pay is the price displayed on this website at the time we receive your order. All products that you have ordered remain the property of Karbon Kinetics Limited until payment has been received in full by Karbon Kinetics Limited.

All prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT (for deliveries in the United Kingdom and European Union). We cannot guarantee or control the rate of exchange of various currencies. You will be subject to the normal transaction fees and exchange rates provided to you by your credit card provider. If you purchase a product directly online from www.gocycle.com, and that product is marked down on www.gocycle.com within fourteen (14) days of the date of your purchase, we offer a one-time price adjustment for that item. To obtain a price adjustment for the online purchase, contact Gocycle Customer Service customerservice@gocycle.com within the fourteen (14) day window. Include your order number in your email message. If you are within the deadline, we'll refund you the difference in your original form of payment. Items purchased with a promotional discount are not eligible for price adjustments.

Shipment
Unless otherwise stated, all products and prices are quoted ex-works UK mainland warehouse. Title of a product shall pass to the buyer at the shipping point. Unless you request a specific means of delivery which we are able to accommodate, we will select the carrier.

If a box is damaged on arrival, the box should remain unopened and delivery should be refused. If delivery is accepted, and on closer inspection, the Gocycle or any part or parts are damaged, you must report this damage to Gocycle Customer Service (customerservice@gocycle.com) within 5 working days of delivery. Photos of the damage and any supporting evidence are helpful. Any damage reported outside of this timeframe will be considered as normal wear.

Shipping dates and/or times are approximate. The type of shipping method selected, such as “next day”, refers to the transit time from the point at which the goods are received by the shipping carrier contracted to deliver the goods to you and the time that the first delivery attempt is made to you.

Thirty-Day Returns Guarantee
Our thirty-day returns guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your online Gocycle purchase, you can return the Gocycle to us in its original condition within thirty days of the date you received it and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the Gocycle (see our Returns Policy).

1. Within thirty days of receipt of the Gocycle or Gocycle product, the purchaser must notify KKL in writing of his or her decision to return an item. KKL will provide the purchaser with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
2. After purchaser receives an RMA number from KKL, purchaser must return the item(s) to the Gocycle Service Centre in the United Kingdom in an unused, undamaged condition and in the original packaging. Purchaser must deliver the item(s) not later than ten days after the RMA is issued.
3. Purchaser is responsible for all shipping and insurance fees and any taxes or duties associated with returning the item(s), including any shipping costs associated with KKL providing you with original packaging required for the return, in the case of the purchaser discarding original packaging.
4. Upon receipt of the returned item(s), the Gocycle Service Centre will inspect the item(s) to confirm that the item or items are unused and undamaged and in the original packaging. Upon such confirmation, and provided the purchaser has followed the procedure set forth in this policy, KKL shall credit purchaser for the original purchase price, excluding shipping charges, within thirty days of when the Gocycle Service Centre received the return.
5. If purchaser returns an item that is used, damaged or not in the original packaging, then KKL shall issue a refund less the cost for replacing the used or damaged item (for example, tyre). Scratched or damaged paintwork or surfaces of the Gocycle constitute a 100% replacement value and therefore no credit shall be returned to purchaser and purchaser shall pay all costs for return shipment of the Gocycle to purchaser.
6. KKL assumes no responsibility for any shipping or handling damage that may occur to an item or items that have not been authorized by KKL as part of an RA return, and the purchaser assumes full responsibility for all charges relating to the shipping and handling of the item or items.

Typographical Errors
In the event that a Karbon Kinetics Ltd product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Karbon Kinetics Ltd reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Karbon Kinetics Ltd reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Karbon Kinetics Ltd shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Term; Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by Karbon Kinetics Ltd without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.
