Welcome to the Gocycle Safety Portal.

Your safety is our utmost priority.

Please register your Gocycle using our online form, so that we can contact you directly and in the fastest possible way in order to inform you of important safety information relevant to your Gocycle.

If you purchased your Gocycle through a Gocycle dealer or from a third party, we will not have received your contact information. If you purchased your Gocycle directly from www.gocycle.com, we recommend that you register your Gocycle here so that we have your most up-to-date contact information.

Components and systems can and do malfunction. No company can guarantee that every product or product component it sells will be 100% fault-free or last for the expected service life. Most responsible, successful and respected manufacturers experience some degree of unexpected component failure in their products, and in some cases, injury to the user is the unfortunate result.

If we receive a report of a component failure, we investigate it thoroughly to the root cause, and in most cases, we can identify an affected component from a certain production batch. We then can create a list of all potentially affected frame numbers associated with the suspected production batch.

As soon as we have this information, we use our best efforts to contact customers who could be affected by the issue. We do this first by sending an email notification directly to customers in our database and then following up with surface mail.

In order to quickly and efficiently alert affected users, we require accurate contact information for all users of Gocycle. However, we do not always have access to current contact information for all users because:

  • We sell the Gocycle through a Gocycle dealer or reseller and the dealer or reseller is not obligated to pass your contact information to us.
  • The Gocycle owner may sell or pass on his/her Gocycle to another person and not provide us with the new owner information.

If you purchased your Gocycle through a Gocycle dealer or reseller, then that dealer or reseller has the responsibility to contact you with any safety information related to your Gocycle—a process which will take longer than if we contacted you directly, and presumes that the dealer or reseller has your current contact information.

If you purchased your Gocycle from another user, the seller is not obligated to forward you the safety information.

Registering your Gocycle through this Safety Portal better enables us to alert you quickly and directly, in case you could be affected by a component failure or if your safety might be at risk.

If your contact information changes, please register with us again and provide your new information.

As the manufacturer of the Gocycle, we care about your safety and want to be able to contact you if there is a problem. We will not use the contact information provided through this portal for any other purpose other than providing safety information as described above.
